At CrossFit Balance, we welcome experienced CrossFitters from out of town to join us for a workout if your work or personal travels bring you to our nation’s capital. CrossFit consists of highly technical, programmed, and intense workouts, so if you’re new to CrossFit (or have little experience), please check out our general gym classes instead.
WHO CAN DROP IN?
Visiting CrossFitters with at least 3 months of CrossFit experience are welcome to register. If you are not a regular CrossFitter, please check out our boot camps and other group classes at Balance Gym.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Check out our class schedules for all three locations to find the class that works best for your schedule, and then register online. You are required to pre-register for classes – no drop-ins are permitted for those who are not pre-registered. Our drop-in rate is $25 per class. If you are seeking to train for more than a couple visits we offer a 10 class pack for $220.
CAN I SEE THE WOD IN ADVANCE?
Yup! Go to our CrossFit homepage and click on the WODs button on the side of the page for upcoming workouts. WODs are posted the day before each class.
CAN I DO MY OWN WORKOUT?
For the safety of other class members, we ask that guests also plan to participate in the planned WOD while dropping in. We offer Open Gym at our Thomas Circle location on Saturdays from 12-2 pm, during which time you can do your own workouts. You can also take advantage of the state-of-the-art facilities and equipment at our Balance Gym locations.
