Shane’s experience in training and sport provides his clients an appropriate blend of strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. His model of training is based on proper technique of movement, while incorporating fundamental, functional movements that lead to a better quality of daily life.
Shane graduated from Bridgewater College with a BS in health and exercise science while earning four letters with Bridgewater College Men’s Soccer. He was the primary assistant for the Men’s Soccer program at Shenandoah University, and brings with him five years of experience with personal training and three years CrossFit coaching experience.
Shane is a American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer (ACSM-CPT), certified level 1 USA Weightlifting coach (USAW1), and CrossFit Level 1 coach.
